How to cook a turkey...by Hazel

Every good northern Minnesotan knows that turkeys inhabit the road ditches. She knows where to hunt! ;)
Bubba napping next to his new brother or sister...
My silly son, Jordan (front) with some pals who helped him move a short while ago. Brooke had to work, so she missed out on the fun.
Just a few photos screaming to be posted, lol.
Shalom!

  1. Dear Lisa,

Hazel can write very very beautiful!

The photo of the two children "outdoor" and "indoor" is fascinating!

    Funny group of young people!

Many greetings and blessings to your wonderful big family from Dori from the Bavarian Forest!

  2. Hazel's turkey recipe made my day. I have a notebook where I keep all the cute and sweet things the grands have said over the years.
    Have a wonderful Thanksgiving!!

  3. Great recipe!! I'm glad you've recorded it for posterity. That would be a fun activity to make a Thanksgiving tradition, to ask the various children for instructions and keep a recipe file :-) I'll try to remember the idea for a whole year!
