Okay, so this one is a little disturbing. In my Google search for faces to draw this young man popped up and I said to myself, "Well, this will add some variety to my face sketches." I don't know about you, but I tend to gravitate toward images of ladies as far as models for drawing, so I thought I'd go outside of my comfort zone with this one.
I have a couple of wonderful kids who have a few piercings and tatoos, so I'm not passing judgement on this young man. But he doesn't look very happy, so I'll send up a prayer for him. Bless his heart!
(I'm speaking, of course, of the "real" young man in the photo I copied.)
Talk about disturbing! I just realized that it's Day 12 and I've only drawn 11 faces!! Where did I miss one? Maybe I can finish another one quickly! We'll see!
Okay, for Face #12...another Wild Thing! :D
On to Day 13!
Shalom!
Fabulous drawing of this young man Lisa... and yes... I definitely gravitate to drawing women... and Wild Thing is wonderful...

Your wild thing is awesome, Lisa!
ReplyDeleteGood for you, practicing faces. I need to learn! My faces look like they did when I was in elementary school!
Sending love to you on Mother's Day, sweet buddy!
I love your faces, Pom Pom! You have a style of your own. I haven't really developed that. I just love to copy other people's stuff, lol!
DeleteI probably wouldn't want to meet him in a dark alley!, but I do wonder how he would get on going through one of those airport scanners! (Or even past a magnet for that matter...lol). Love seeing your drawings, you are certainly doing well with them.
